2. Service Engagement
- All security service agreements are subject to a formal contract or service level agreement (SLA) signed between the Client and the Company.
- The scope, duration, deployment details, and commercial terms will be strictly as per the mutually agreed and signed contract.
- The Company reserves the right to conduct a site assessment and risk analysis before finalizing any service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises, risks, and specific security requirements.
- The Client shall ensure a safe working environment and necessary basic amenities (such as shelter, drinking water, and restroom facilities) for the deployed security personnel.
- The Client must promptly report any issues or grievances regarding the security personnel to the Company's management for immediate resolution.
4. Personnel and Deployment
- All security personnel deployed are employees of Span Security Services Pvt. Ltd. The Client shall not directly employ or offer employment to any of our personnel during the contract period and for a specific period thereafter, as stipulated in the formal SLA.
- The Company ensures that all deployed personnel undergo rigorous background checks, police verification, and appropriate training.
- The Company reserves the right to rotate, replace, or reassign personnel as deemed necessary for operational efficiency, ensuring continuous service delivery.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoices will be raised as per the billing cycle defined in the service contract.
- Payments must be made within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the invoice. Delay in payments may attract late fees or result in the suspension of services.
- All rates and charges are subject to statutory taxes and levies as applicable by the Government of India.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While the Company commits to providing vigilant and professional security services, we do not act as an insurer. The Client is advised to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their property and assets.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or unforeseen incidents that occur despite the presence of security personnel, unless proven to be a direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our personnel.
- In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the equivalent of one month's billing amount for the specific site where the incident occurred.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, pandemics, or government mandates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Span Security Services Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
10. Modifications
